As the smallest member of the precision metering pump family, the MD series miniature pumps measure no more than 25 mm x 110 mm and weigh only 700 grams. Despite their small size and light weight, these MD pumps offer the same performance as other pumps, with pneumatic drives, speed control and a fine adjustment mechanism for injection volume, and can operate at speeds up to 150 times per minute, making them a good choice for automated systems with limited space and high speed operation.

MD pumps are available in a variety of models with maximum injection volumes ranging from 20 µl to 450 µl. MD series pumps have built-in check valve heads and are suitable for liquids with viscosities up to 10,000 cps. With the unique wet cup effect, MD pump especially for some easy to crystallize liquids, sealants and adhesives have excellent sealing.
