For the filling of food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical liquids with low viscosity, our new flux flow metering system is the best choice. 

The size of the fill volume is determined by a flux or mass sensor, which functions as a special shut-off valve that operates when the fill volume reaches a certain level. 

The system has few moving parts and is easy to clean, making it ideal for CIP or aseptic perfusion applications. 

The system's injection volume is fully programmable and can be set from 0 to an unlimited amount. The injection rate is dependent on the volume of fluid injected and can reach 120 operations per minute.    

To better meet the operational performance of our flux and mass metering systems, we also manufacture a range of special diaphragm shut-off valves, suction back valves and special CIP nozzles to go with them.
